Friday Favorites- camping edition!

Happy Friday! Today I will be sharing all of our favorite finds for camping. The following includes associate links.

We have been busy camping so far this summer, we have gone four times so far and have at least two more planned! Camping is our jam in the summer and living in Northern Nevada so close to Lake Tahoe and so many other beautiful places makes it so easy to do. Especially if you have the right equipment. Here are some of our must haves for camping:

Tent- Hikergaden 6 person camping tent

We recently purchased this tent and love it for the height. I am 5′ 9″ and my husband is 6′ 3″ so having a taller tent is very nice. It is also easy to set up and plenty roomy for our family of 3.

Fan- Portable camping fan

This fan has it all- it’s a fan with 3 different speeds, it is also a light with 3 different brightness levels, it is a charger with a USB port, and it comes with a remote! We always hang this at the top of our tent and it’s a life saver.

Shovel- Lightweight foldable shovel

This shovel has so much going for it. It is a multitool that can be used as an ax and has other attachments. It also can be broken down in small pieces for easier storage and transportation. Having a shovel with a campfire is a must and this one is great!

Lantern- Solar lantern

A lantern is a necessity for camping and a solar one is always a good bet. We leave this one out during the day and then are set for the night!

Sleeping mat- Camping sleeping pad

This sleeping pad is so comfy! The width and length are perfect for me (I’m 5′ 9″) and it’s neat that you pump it up with your foot! So easy and so much better than sleeping on the ground.

Hammock- Wise Owl Camping Hammock

A hammock isn’t totally necessary for camping but boy is it so nice to have! I love this one in particular, it is so easy to put up and very comfortable. I’ve even slept in it!

This list is some of my favorites and hopefully they are helpful to you too. We do a lot of camping in the summer and these things sure make it easier!
