Friday Favorites

Check out each Friday as I share some of my favorite finds!

This week I have a bit of a random assortment of favorites, all things I love! First off, my new favorite tinted sunscreen:

This sunscreen is so lightweight and amazing! I have been really bad about using a daily sunscreen but I am loving this one. The tint is very light so that it just adds a little bit of coverage but doesn’t look like caked on makeup. I have never been a big makeup wearer and mostly stick to just mascara, but this is a great way to protect my skin as well as keep a natural look.

Next is a new toy that my son is obsessed with:

W has been a little obsessed with bows and arrows lately so I got him this set. It is easy to use and quite fun, I’ve even enjoyed shooting at the target and little cans.

Next was a little something for me:

I have had a old cricut machine for years that my sister gave me, the one that used cartridges and keypads. It was alright, did the basic cutting that I needed but it was very limited. I didn’t feel like I should buy a new one thought while I had one that worked well enough. Well, that one finally bit the dust last week. It would start cutting and then shut off and restart about 1 minute after being turned on. I tried to fix it, though honestly not that hard (shhhh). I looked at all the different options out there and decided to go for this one. I don’t do a lot of major crafting and I don’t really have a lot of space in my house for this kind of thing. So this mini machine was just what I was looking for. It has been great so far and I’m excited to get into more crafting!

This next find is great for organization:

I have been using these pouches to rehome all our board games! The boxes for games are so bulking and take up a lot of space. Using these pouches saves space and is much easier to store. And I plan to use my new cricut to make cute labels!

The last find for this week are these great metal straws:

I have been wanting to get some metal straws for awhile but I had some once and they got really gross on the inside. I didn’t know about the straw cleaning brush, so I just threw them away. Well I saw these and the brush that comes with them and they are awesome! I got the larger straws for smoothies and they are perfect but they come in a smaller size as well.
